In many western countries, the students wear casual clothes in their schools. However, some countries in East Asia and south East, especially in Vietnam, the students must wear the uniforms in their school – except in the university. There are some advantages and disadvantages about wearing uniforms.
Wearing uniform has several important benefits. For one thing; the students can save time choosing which clothes they’re going to wear. It is very easy to put on the uniform every morning. Secondly, you don’t worry about your fashion sense because your uniform designed to look more beautiful than casual clothes. So I bet you will like your uniform when you see them. Next, wearing uniform makes everybody look equal. For example, the poor doesn’t have enough money to buy the beautiful casual clothes, so they’ll buy the school uniforms which are very cheap for everyone. When they’re in uniform; they’ll feel confident as other students. More importantly, the uniform prevents students from changing themselves weirdly.
Obviously, there are a few drawbacks. I think everybody has their own life style, so they would like to wear the clothes they like to go to school. It makes them unique. Moreover, the students who put on the school uniforms will be recognized so easily.
